Announcing Continuous Enrollment
Over the past few months, our team has been working diligently to put in place the best system for enrollment/reenrollment moving forward. We are excited to announce that this process begins today!
As I'm sure you are aware, tuition funded schools rely on enrollment numbers and projections to create and maintain our budget. These numbers allow us to offer our teacher contracts, purchase curriculum and ensure adequate resources for the school year.
The reenrollment process for private schools has long been a pain spot for returning parents. The comment I receive most is "We are returning - why do we have to fill all this out again?" We have heard you - and are excited to share that we are implementing a new system called Continuous Enrollment that will eliminate the need to reenroll every year!
Continuous Enrollment takes the current Opt-In every year system and turns it into an Opt-Out system. Instead of reenrolling every year during the January-March window, we will send a reminder to notify the school office by March 15th if your plans have changed for the next school year. If you fail to notify the school by the March 15th date of your intention to withdraw, we will charge an early withdrawl fee (determined in the Continuous Enrollment contract). Please note: any early withdrawl fee will be waived by HCA as we move into the 19/20 school year. Any fees in the Continuous Enrollment Contract will be assessed beginning with the 20/21 school year.
As an added benefit to this new system - we have eliminated reenrollment fees! That means that there will be no fees or charges for the 2019/2020 school year until your first payment for the school year. Additionally, we have heard your request for a 12 month payment plan and have already transitioned for the 19/20 school year! This means a lower monthly cost with your tuition spread out over a 12 month period. We also will continue to offer our full payment grant for families that would like to pay their tuition fees in whole by August 1st of the school year.
These changes are highlighted in the Continuous Enrollment FAQs. You can also see a sample of the Continuous Enrollment contract by clicking here.
